Last Thursday night, the cheer team and I were traveling home from Rupp Arena. As we all know, our boys basketball team advanced to the Sweet Sixteen. Considering Lexington is an approximate three hour trip, we did not get home til late that night; we shopped and ate that night. Therefore, I missed the newest episode of Private Practice. As for me, I will be catching up on the web site's viewings of the latest episodes. I promise I will try to watch this week.

Private Practice and American Idol
For last night, I was excited for Private Practice. Yet I turn on the television and learn that Private Practice is airing another re-run. I was disappointed since the next new episode should not play until March 17th. Though, I did watch American Idol last night and watched a new addition to the show, the Wild Card. Among eight contestants, the judges could pick one contestant to save/pass on to the next week. My favorite contestants so far are Lauren and Theia. They are young and very good, I think Lauren could win the competition. Hopefully next week I will be able to watch American Idol and Private Practice.

Another new episode
Violet is in the process of publishing her book yet there are some setbacks. The characters of Private Practice do not agree with Violet using their lives in her book for entertainment. Though in the end, the characters decide this is not worth losing a friendship over and it will not kill them to have their life story in her book. Cooper and Charlotte are taking couples therapy due to their rocky relationship after Charlotte was raped. Secrets are revealed and Cooper and Charlotte are healed.

Finally a New Episode
This week on Private Practice, Addison and her family are making funeral arrangements for her mother. Addison's mother committed suicide since her girlfriend, Susan died due to various health reasons. Addison's friends from work decide to visit her at her parent's mansion. Addison's brother is excited to see Naomi once again. Though, Addison's father wished Violet could have made it. Addison was selected by her mother to design her eulogy. Addison speaks nice about her snobby mother but then finally cracks when she faces reality. Addison understands that her friends are there for her in the good times and bad.

Well the new episodes for Private Practice have finally arrived but I was not able to watch it. Instead, last week, I was in Orlando, Florida for the Nationals High School Cheerleading Championship. I missed Private Practice greatly but I plan to watch it online. Though, I had a great time in Florida and we placed decent. The next episode aires on Thursday and I am more than excited to watch the new challenges and faces the characters encounter.

One more week until new Private Practice
This week for Private Practice, another rerun occurred. Although, have no fear, this is the last week of reruns for Private Practice. Though in this week's episode, Dale's daughter returns. Dale was a doctor at Private Practice but then passed away in a car accident. Lucy (Dale's daughter) also lost her mother. Lucy's aunt no longer wanted her so she dropped her off at Private Practice. Violet desires to adopt Lucy but Pete does not believe it is best for Lucy. Lucy is then placed into a Foster home. Sheldon and Cooper experience the life of a teenager who attempted to commit suicide. They learn when giving of their true self, they are helping others.

Rerun until the third!
Until February third, Private Practice episodes will be reruns. So, this week's rerun started with Addison working with Dr. Rodriguez. He is flirtatious to the extreme even knowing that Addison is seeing Sam. With this knowledge, he persists by asking Addison to dinner. During this time, Sheldon refers Charlotte to a psychiatric doctor. Though, Charlotte is deeply upset that this psychiatric doctor only prescribes her meds and not any other source of healing. Charlotte is a recovering drug addict so she will not take any meds the doctor prescribed. Sam in the meantime is concerned about the care a patient is receiving. Until next week...

Boo ABC!
So last night, Thursday, I tuned in to watch the new episode of Private Practice. Just a second before Private Practice was supposed to start, ABC announced its new show would be airing an encore in slot of Private Practice for the night. I checked the t.v. schedule and sure enough Private Practice was scheduled. I was in disbelief and shock that ABC would not show the new episode of Private Practice. I then learned that the next new episode will not air until February 3rd. Until next time...

“You will save her life!”
Private Practice had a phenomenal performance this week to say the least. When Addison's mom, Bizzy, announces her partner Susan has stage 4 ovarian cancer, she expects Addison to save Susan's life. In this series, Addison Montgomery is a female doctor and also a surgeon. The handsome Dr. Rodriguez has been called down to help Addison in saving Susan's life. Though he is very disappointedwhen he realizes this is the only reason Addison showed interest for him. Addison faces the coldness of her mother as she is forced to save Susan's lives. Addison is being pushed to her limits but remembers to be thankful for the existence of her mom. Other characters such as Charlotte and Cooper are on taking it easy for now as Charlotte is recovering from being raped.
